The service

balliq.ai gives you access to an AI-powered basketball coaching experience. You chat with a coach, and the coach responds based on what you've told it about your game, your training, and your goals. The more context you give it, the better it gets.

Free tier & subscriptions

• You get a set number of free messages to try the service before we ask you to subscribe.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial periods, but if something went wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.

What we ask from you

• Be honest about your experience level — it helps your coach help you better.
• Don't try to break the service or use it in ways it wasn't intended.
• Don't share access with multiple people — each account is for one person.

What you can expect from us

• We'll do our best to keep the service running reliably.
• We'll be honest about what the AI can and can't do — it's a coaching tool, not a medical professional.
• We won't sell your data or spam you.
• If we ever have to shut the service down, we'll give you reasonable notice.

The AI coaching disclaimer

balliq.ai is a coaching tool powered by AI. The advice it gives is general guidance based on what you tell it — it's not a substitute for professional medical advice, physio assessment, or diagnosis. If you're injured or have a health condition, talk to a qualified health professional before following any training advice.

Intellectual property

Your conversations belong to you. The balliq.ai platform, brand, and code belong to us. Don't reproduce or resell the service.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll let you know. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
